Preparation
  • Mindfulness and Inner Focus
Ayahuasca requires presence and the ability to control your attention. Practicing meditation, breathing exercises, or other self-observation techniques will help you gain a deeper understanding of the processes the plant initiates.
  • Preparing your body and energy
Before the retreat, it's important to cleanse the body and nervous system. We recommend following a plant-based diet beforehand and eliminating meat, fish, sugar, dairy, alcohol, caffeine, and any stimulants. This creates a favorable environment for the plant to express itself gently and safely.
  • Pure intention and clear request
The most important thing to begin the journey with is a sincere intention. Consider what you're bringing with you: what you want to understand, let go of, or heal. Ayahuasca doesn't decide for you; it reveals what requires your attention and maturity.

Our mission is to restore a person to a healthy state of body and soul, remove all that hinders a clear vision, and restore the soul's connection with higher consciousness.
FAQ
  • What is Ayahuasca?
Ayahuasca is a sacred brew made from the caapi vine and chacruna leaves — a drink that Amazonian tribes honor as a bridge between worlds. These plants are like keepers of ancient wisdom, guides into subtle dimensions that connect a person with the spirits of nature and the universe itself.
An ayahuasca ceremony opens the path to your true Self, allowing you to feel unity with the Creator, hear answers to important questions, and release situations that have long troubled the heart. Under its influence, outdated inner patterns begin to reveal themselves: some can be rewritten, while others can be gently released, like old leaves drifting into a river.
Ayahuasca awakens the depths of the subconscious, where the wisdom of the soul is stored — accumulated across many lifetimes. It does more than reveal; it reminds you of who you truly are, restoring inner light and harmony. If ayahuasca has appeared in your awareness, it may be a sign that you are ready to meet it — ready for a journey capable of transforming your entire perception.
  • What is rape?
Rapé is a sacred snuff traditionally used by Indigenous tribes of the Amazon basin. It is an essential element of shamanic medicine and is applied in ceremonies as a symbol of energetic exchange, an important part of the process of acceptance, as well as a tool for healing and spiritual development.
Traditionally, rapé is administered first into the left nostril and then into the right. In Indigenous cosmology, this sequence symbolizes death and rebirth. The strength of the application varies depending on the intention and purpose. It may be delivered as a long, steady blow with a stronger finish, or as a short, powerful exhalation.
  • What is an Ayahuasca retreat?
Any retreat is, first and foremost, a detox for the body and soul. Ayahuasca, however, takes this process to another level, cleansing all layers of the organism at once. On the physical level, a deep purification occurs, but the real work goes further: layers of emotional, psychological, and mental residue accumulated over the years begin to release — like sediment settling at the bottom of the vessel of consciousness.
Sometimes life simply becomes heavy: meaning is lost, everything feels chaotic, or, on the contrary, dreams have come true and it’s unclear where to go next. When many approaches have been tried — conversations with friends, therapy, practices and techniques — and nothing seems to help, an ayahuasca retreat can become a turning point. Immersion in nature, the support of healers, balanced nutrition, and deep journeys into subtle realms allow you to rediscover yourself, as if living through years of psychotherapy in just a few days.
  • Is Ayahuasca a drug?
A drug is a substance that creates dependency and is accompanied by withdrawal symptoms and the habit of chasing short-term pleasure. None of this applies to ayahuasca. Each ceremony with it is deep inner work — sometimes painful and challenging. It’s not something you can become addicted to: ayahuasca brings to the surface what has been hidden for years, even from yourself. It’s hard to call that a form of pleasure.
In Latin America, ayahuasca is rightfully referred to as a medicine. It heals on all levels at once — from the physical body to subtle energetic structures. Unlike conventional Western medicine, which often treats symptoms, ayahuasca works with the root cause, whether it is a physical illness or a psychological block.
Ayahuasca is a unique tool for harmonizing the body, mind, and inner world. Among the many methods that exist for restoring balance, it remains one of the deepest and most effective, capable of returning clarity, lightness, and a sense of inner wholeness.
  • Safety of Ayahuasca Ceremonies
Ayahuasca ceremonies can be conducted safely when specific guidelines are carefully followed. Each ceremony is held under the supervision of an experienced facilitator who supports participants throughout the entire process.
Preparation for the retreat begins at least one week in advance and includes a special diet, as well as abstaining from alcohol, drugs, and certain medications. This preparation helps the body and mind attune to working with the plant. Participants should not have cardiovascular conditions, serious psychiatric disorders, or blood pressure issues.
Before confirming participation, each person completes a detailed questionnaire and answers all questions honestly. This screening process is essential to ensure that the retreat is conducted as safely and effectively as possible, creating a supportive space for deep healing and transformation.
  • How to prepare for a retreat
We recommend beginning preparation at least one week before the retreat. It can be условно divided into two key parts:

Diet. This includes a complete avoidance of meat and alcohol, as well as minimizing or eliminating processed foods, caffeine, and products high in tyramine. The simpler and more monotonous your diet, the easier it is for the body to cleanse. Ayahuasca initiates a process of deep internal purification, and the diet helps the body conserve energy otherwise spent on digestion, allowing the mind to fully immerse in the ceremony. Simple, light food creates space for sensing yourself on all levels — physical, emotional, and spiritual.
The dietary preparation also involves abstaining from drugs, antidepressants, antibiotics, and strong medications. If you are taking anything prescribed by a doctor, it is important to inform us in advance.

Spiritual preparation. This includes sexual abstinence, mental cleansing, and cultivating a calm, positive inner state. Sexual activity and intense emotional experiences can deplete the energy you will need during ayahuasca ceremonies. A harmonious state of mind helps reduce fear and panic and allows you to attune to the higher vibrations of the plant. Meditation, spiritual practices, and even simple walks in nature can support this process — anything that helps the body and soul enter harmony and open to deep inner work.
  • If something happens, will they help me?
Throughout the entire retreat, you are supported not only by the maestro but also by a team of experienced assistants — guardians of the space and facilitators of the energetic process. You can always turn to them for guidance or support. Following the recommendations before the retreat creates a strong foundation for a safe and deep immersion.

If discomfort or fear arises during the ceremony, pause for a moment and take several slow, deep breaths. This will help you return to your center and avoid being carried away by panic. The facilitator continuously observes each participant, like a light in the darkness, ready to offer gentle and timely support if the journey feels too intense. In this space, every emotion and sensation is welcomed, and the strength of the plant, together with the care of the team, works to ensure that your experience is deep, safe, and truly transformative.
  • Does Ayahuasca solve material issues?
Ayahuasca is believed to support the formation of new neural pathways in the brain, which may help participants think more flexibly and perceive opportunities that previously went unnoticed. After a retreat, many people report feeling better able to allocate their energy and resources, make clear decisions, and move forward with long-postponed ideas. Some choose to change careers, launch new businesses, or finally bring creative projects to life. The inner shifts initiated during the experience often reflect outwardly — including in one’s professional and financial sphere — as challenges that once felt overwhelming begin to seem more manageable.

For this reason, plant medicine retreats have attracted the interest of entrepreneurs, actors, scientists, and writers — individuals who seek clarity of thought, expanded perspective, and a deeper sense of alignment within themselves.
  • Age restrictions
Participation in our ayahuasca retreats is open to adults. Some centers or shamans may set stricter age requirements or consider individual cases involving participants under 18. This is done to ensure safety and the effectiveness of the process, allowing each person to enter the ceremony with full readiness and self-awareness.
  • Diet before ceremonies
Yes, it is important to follow certain dietary guidelines before the ceremonies. You will receive full details after completing the participant questionnaire, ensuring that your preparation is both safe and максимально effective.

General recommendations. It is advised to limit or avoid meat, fermented foods, spicy and heavily seasoned dishes, alcohol, caffeine, as well as deep-fried and fatty foods. This preparation helps the body cleanse, free up internal energy, and attune to a deeper ceremonial experience, creating space for harmony and transformation.
  • Is it possible to participate in ceremonies during women's days?
Yes, participating in ceremonies during menstruation is possible. This does not affect the depth of your immersion, the processes during the ceremony, or your health—the power plant works with you on all levels, accepting your body as it is.
